Resolute and skilled at managing businesses, problem solving and leading teams through to shared successful outcomes.

His military and commercial activities have taken him to the shadows of the Hindu Kush, the deserts of Arabia, post-conflict Bosnia, East Africa and the warm waters of the Caribbean. For G4S he managed a UN security project in Dadaab Kenya and restored business processes to efficiency for G4S Malawi. He has also managed cargo handling operations in Europe and the Middle East, written policy and provided liaison for senior military commanders (most recently to the Welsh Goverment during the COVID situation).

Adrian commanded a squadron of the Welsh Transport Regiment and was Second in Command of Bristol University OTC. As a full time Army Reservist since 2016 he has been the Welfare Officer for MOD Abbey Wood, a staff officer at the Land Warfare Centre and the Deputy Chief of Staff for the Royal School of Military Engineering Group HQ Chatham.

Adrian enjoys arborial work, walks on Salisbury Plain, and restoring axes. He is unencumbered by university degrees and enjoys reading medieval history.

He is the husband to Joanne, who is the National Administrator for the PBS Cranmer Awards. They have two sons, Joshua who is an Army physical training instructor with the Household Cavalry and Cornelius as Bechtle sales executive can provide you a comprehensive solution to all your commercial IT requirements.
